(Born on May 20, 1958 in the city of Braila, he graduated the Polytechnic University of Bucharest in 1984. After he completing his studies, he worked a stint as a researcher in the field of applied mathematics then joined the world of diplomacy. During his foreign posting, he discovered his skills in arts. From among the plastic ways of expression, he proved a special propensity for easel painting.)
